Everything you do right now is perfect… For the level of success you have right now.

Your habits predict your outcomes. It’s always been this way, like a law of nature.

You get out what you put in. You reap what you sow.

Basically, you have to give the right things in order to get the right things.

(I don’t even know if I believe THAT, because in a way, right and wrong are all relative to the things you want.)

You can’t expect to achieve the results you want by doing the exact same thing you are doing today (unless you’re already where you want to be, in which case, rock on!). What you’re doing today isn’t built for that level of growth.

You must make some changes first.

The thing is, what you’re doing isn’t wrong. It’s not bad, it’s not broken. You’re not bad, and you’re not broken.

You probably shouldn’t demonize it, and you definitely shouldn’t beat yourself up over it.

You’re doing what you learned to do, and it’s helped you get certain results.

It’s kept you alive and helped you get to where you are.

In a twisted kind of way, you could actually thank your habits – even the ones you think are bad – for helping you get to where you are now.

But now it’s up to you to get to the next level.

Look, it can be hard to think about what you should change. It can feel overwhelming, like it’s too much to take on, like you don’t know where to start.

I’ve been there.

You know where you want to go, so keep that goal in mind. Allow that to guide any changes you decide to make going forward.

Because you can only have results that are in alignment with your actions.

And on a deeper level, you can only have results that are in alignment with you.

And know that, no matter how hard it seems or how difficult the road ahead of you might be, you are always exactly where you’re meant to be.

Doing what you’re supposed to be doing.

Getting the results that only you can get for where you are right now.

And that, in my estimation, is pretty perfect.
